Missing Skill Point

I got an issue I didn't receive 1 skill point.

As you can see im level 46 and I have done all Act 1,2,3 missions to get bonus skill points.

So I should have 46 + 12 skill points from differents act = 58 skill points

But as you can see I only got 57!!!

Please give me my one skill point.

You should have 57 skill points, yes.

When you create a new character, they spawn in at level 1 with 0 passive points to spend. The number of passive points you have from leveling isn't (level), but (level-1).
