Bottom line is technical support is here, or do I need to write somewhere else? Is the request registered? How do I know it has reached the developer/support team?

As I understood, the forum is the only place where you can write about bugs and support is provided here, so where are you, GGG employees, do you have any support for the product at all? What's with the ignoring?
They're a team of 100 or so people, I highly doubt they're ignoring you, just they can't reply to every single bug we're reporting but that doesn't mean they aren't reading/aware.

This is EA, give them some grace. It hasn't been all sunshine and rainbows for me either but I went into this knowing it was early access and it was gonna be buggy

Why should their staffing and financial problems be of concern to the end user? It's been the third day since the post was written - NO response, what is this? Am I supposed to feel sorry for them and understand them? They took my money IMMEDIATELY, and if I come with a problem - they just keep quiet. On other posts it is written that the bug report was given some number - on mine they just forgot. Weekend? What the hell are weekends, support should be 24/7! Or at least seven days a week. But it's just not there!
3 days - no reaction from GGG.
