Viper Napuatzi Multiple bugs

After fighting Viper so much I have clips of a bunch of bugs that have occurred over time.

I have had Viper generate no indicator for the meteors landing during the fight. This has only happened once:

Viper can just start teleporting forward while throwing lightning spears. I am going to guess this is probably caused by her being next to a solider as they try to nudge the player, or due to using a teleporting skill as a solider tries to nudge the player:

Sometimes Viper doesn't have a delay during the 360 attack attack animation and can attack when landing and then proceeds to finish the animation:

I don't know if this is a bug, but Viper sometimes just spams her poison blobs three to five times in a row and it makes it very hard for a melee character to approach. Getting in melee range does not seem to cause her to stop either:
