Bugs making getting Ascendancies impossible

I have a bug in Trials of Sekhemas that is causing me to crash when I cross the bridge to fight rattlecage in the first Trial. CPU usage spikes and the game dies. On the other side Trials of Chaos doesn't give the 4th ascendancy even after beating Trialmaster leading to a state where getting ascendancy points is impossible.

i can't even try trial of chaos anymore. it crashes when entering the ultimatum and my token and run are both deleted.
