Scam POE2
So, I was told that there are a lot of scammers in the Astramentes area, but I never thought I’d encounter one in the Morior Invictus area. The chestplate was a 5-attribute, 10-resistance piece with 4 sockets, listed for 15 divines. I thought it was a good deal, so I whispered the seller and asked if it was still available.
He replied, 'Faster, I got a buyer,' and sent me a trade invite. I quickly grabbed my divines and proceeded with the trade. I checked the item, but only briefly, and with one eye closed—because it was actually 5% attributes and 10% rarity instead. Before I realized it, I had already confirmed the trade. I understand that this is my fault for not double-checking, but it doesn’t seem fair that someone can do this and get away with it. That chestplate is worth at most 2-4 divines. If possible, could I please get my currency back? Last bumped on Feb 1, 2025, 4:44:35 AM

"Fair enough. But can he at least face some consequences? I still have his nickname, and I’m pretty sure there must be logs of trades or at least chat logs. |
