Sorc's Elemental Storm does not appear under 'Supportable Skills' list

When I hover over a cut support gem, a box appears of 'Supportable Skills' I am currently using. Unfortunately, Elemental Storm does not appear in that list. However, when I right click an uncut support gem, it appears with the other skills and I can view the available support gems for it.

I thought, since it is from the Ascendancy Tree and is not gained like regular cut skill gems, maybe it was overlooked?

I would hope it is a simple fix, so that it can be included in an upcoming patch/update?

I am curious if there are any other skills in similar predicaments that may not appear in the 'Supportable Skills' list and wonder if anyone could share any they may be aware of.
