Untargatable monster on vaal maps

Hello,

On vaal maps there's a monster that can hit you and move but cannot be damaged or mouse-overed (stuck out of geometry?) fairly often.
Not sure if it happens only on rare monsters of I only notice it on those being unable to complete the map.
