This is intended. You don't use flasks when throwing concoctions. |

Yes, the skill consumes charges from your Mana Flask.
Even though the skill is consuming flask charges, it does not use your Mana Flask (you do not start recovering Mana based on the flask's stats), so it cannot benefit from Combat Alchemy. |
