Missing tabs and items

I sent an email to customer service and did receive a response 3 days ago but I have followed up and not heard anything. I purchased a number of items including a number of stash tabs. I can't see items so I know I must have them somewhere because people keep messaging me to buy them. I sent in a screen shot to show and further details but no solution yet. Figured I would post here. I looked to make sure I didn't have a sub folder or folder with a tab in them. There are at least two items that are showing up to people that want to buy them but I don't have them nor the tab they are supposedly on. Hoping someone can help asap be
