ps5 my charachter lost all dps

for no reason im level 88 and my dps is 5k on spark with all my skills and passive tree and cant use spirit it says im using it but the bar says its full still all my skills are 95 percent less dps from 120k to less than 5k too many hours wasted if this cannot be fixed
