Pinnacle Boss Retry Not Working - Kicked out of instance after died in fight & unable to rejoin

First time try and died in the fight with Arbiter of Ash (pinnacle of flame) and clicked the "raised at checkpoint" but got transferred back my hideout. When tried to click the portal to go back it said "unable to rejoin the instance after died".

I thought we should have 6 times to try?

Wasted days of farming the keys and loads of currencies.

I encountered the same issue today on my alt. Pretty sure it’s supposed to be 6 tries as my main was able to raise at checkpoint a few days ago. Pls fix the bug!
