Loot Disappearing quickly while still alive

Starting roughly around 1/30 loot started disappearing while in the middle of a battle or after a boss fight. (Defeat a boss and things stay on the ground for a second then disappear.) Still alive, battling and loot just disappears as well. I had some good drops too and they were just gone before I could clear out the mobs.

I tried different servers with the same behavior. Servers: California and Washington.

Thought it was just a 1/30 thing but tried on 1/31 and had the same behavior.

Running on PC.

Anyone else experiencing this phenomena?
