No enough spirit while ihave enough spirit.

i Have put 3 cast on freeze gems, while i have 209 spirit on my char screen its say for the activation of the third one, not enough spirit.

When unequipping and equipping again my Dragon spell Omen Sceptre , it correct the bug and i can activate the third one , but i need to do so each time i change map or unequipp or equippe something.
