Ritual Passive broken (He approaches)

Ive been been 6/8 points into the Ritual atlas tree, and after 3 days i can say something is broken. The passive (He Approaches) It reads as "Ritual favors in your map have 50% increased chance to contain An audience with the king" However soon as you activate this passive you can kiss seeing this droop goodbye. I went from averaging 1 audience a day to 0 after 3 days. That's time just gone..
