Megalomaniac Diamond not working (EDIT: Working now)

EDIT - All is working now. Just did a restart.
So I got True Strike and Sigil of Lightning in it. Tried to equip it but nothing happens on the stat sheet and character sheet. True Strike should give +10 dex and +20% crit chance but nothing was added to the skills and character window. Not sure if you've tried it but a lot of times, when equipping these jewels, the tooltip doesn't update unless you change to an entirely new map. So basically, just switch towns or go to a new area.

All is working now! Just restarted the game and it worked
