PoE2 Early Access - Issue with Ascendancy Point Allocation After Second Chaos Trial

My Profile is: rkz # 1544

in 29/01 at 11:30 PM Paraguay time, I started working on my Ascendancy by completing the second Chaos Trial. I had already completed the first one successfully. After purchasing keys through Alva’s trade system, I managed to get a third opportunity and successfully finished the trial. However, at the end of the process, I was only awarded one Ascendancy point.

From what I understand, I should have received at least four points, and some players have mentioned receiving up to eight points. Afterward, I checked if I could complete Sekhema’s trial to gain additional points, but I wasn’t able to unlock more.

Additionally, during this Chaos Trial, I experienced a significant delay, as if the server was not responding properly, but it later continued without issues.

I completed this on my account linked to the character JuanPueblo (Monk Level 83).

Is this behavior correct? How can I obtain the Ascendancy points that the system did not grant me?
