Iron Citadel bug? (Bypassing shield with Invoker w/ CI-- one tap)

Is anyone else having an issue being one-tapped from Count Geonor? I'm on ps5 with an Invoker with Chaos Inoculation and I haven't died in the last 30 hours, but he keeps one tapping me and I've died 3 times. It's getting annoying...

I have a screenshot and my shield is at 10k, but he's bypassing the shield and hitting my 1 point in life directly. I have 75 res in everything.

I'm tired of this. Is is me? Can you not use CI with him? Is it a bug?

You may want to check your stats/passives and items for any weird combination because i have a playthrough with CI at 93 level and never had any issues. (Other than killing myself one time by using a mana potion that removed hp on use... but that's on me)

Thanks, its weird and tbh I'm quitting because of it. It takes 5-10hrs of play to find another one and it's boring because I'm so OP getting to it. All to get 1 tapped.

I'm not getting this anywhere else and I'm taking damage of course. It's just all going to my shield except for this guy. He got me with the fire ring once, and the dog swiped me once and that was it.
