Arbiter not giving 6 portals

I believe last patch notes made the change where portals stay open for multiple attempts at Arbiter of Ash. I had used them prior. I Just RIP'd on my first attempt and no portals were available so I failed the attempt after one try.

I do believe that you get less tries on higher difficulty. I got 6 on T1 en 3 on T2 and T3 maybe T4 gives one? Otherwise a bug indeed.
