Using Mark skill with specific weapon set causes issues when swapping to other set

this is just my experience, but when setting my build up, I wanted to set Voltaic Mark to weapon set 2 specifically so my skill tree can change for it. but when changing to my crossbow skill (galvanic shards), i cant attack, and move very slowly. it seems to fix itself by dodge rolling.
