Can't wear ANY helmets

I have enough level and stats requirements, yet I cannot wear ANY helmets. My character is level 75 with 224 INT and 188 DEX, and I cannot even wear a level 6 EVA/ES helmet in my stash.

The stat requirements do not show red. The only thing that's red is the equipment background. Trying to equip ANY helmet will ping the unequippable sound and will not equip it.

I literally cannot play with such a handicap.

+1, just logged in, my characters helmet was red and none of the stats were contributing.

Took the helmet off, can't equip it again.

GlobalChat is full of other people in the same boat.

Level 90 character with ~280 int.

Helmet was level 65, 115 int req.

have this bug as well on two characters. logged in and saw my helmet was red. tried to take off and put back on and can't put back on

Another bug is that all my scepters implicit skills say "show trial progress: Cannot Revive in PVP" instead of Malice or displine or the displaying the actual skill

Another exception randomly popped up after navigating my stash "File not found: Data/WaystoneStashTabLayout.datc64 so this is gotta be related

then crashed my game

My UI is full of the incorrect text, too.
eg: all of my skill gems have "Display current Equipped MTX" instead of "Level".

My game crashed after accepting a party invite.

Edit: latest patch has fixed this, can wear helmet again
