Game Crash to Desktop after new patch

Hi,
After the ~300mb patch that was just downloaded via steam the game crashes to desktop when login into any character and loading hideout. Kind Regards Last bumped on Jan 31, 2025, 3:43:25 AM

New driver for NVIDIA Geforce was already released yesterday in my timezone. Funnily enough it improvet the performance of the game. But with the new PoE2 patch now i can't get into my characters anymore :P

Btw. i don't find any notice for the recent PoE2 patch, does anyone?

Poe2 crashed to desktop after downloading new patch on steam.

Spam crashing right after update. Haven't even made it to a single monster to attack before crashing to desktop

i managed to login into another character. On which i had a controlled metamorphosis socketed in the passive tree.
The skill points i allocated using it got refunded, the jewel is still socketed but does not work anymore (no ring visible). What the fuck is happening. |
