So its been 2 months now since my first message with no response..

iv waited.. waited some more... but now im over it.. iv not been able to play this game iv not even gotten a single response message. I read your announcement and if you actually got throw almost 500k messages out of the 525k messages then why have i not heard back? why have you guys not caught up since? how do I know that my email has even been sent as again not one message other than the lock message. its been way to long to not get even one email can you confirm for me if i and even in que? can we possibly get another system that helps both ends communicate?

2 months behind sounds atrocious. I'm currently on day#55 of no response. Clearly this isn't "as soon as humanly possible" unless you have 1 person in support
