Mobs/Players attacking each other through walls.

Hello,

This bug exists since day one and at high levels it's getting really frustrating, because everything one shots you.

At any point a mob/player can attack you/mobs through the wall and vice versa.

For example, here is me getting oneshotted by the boss while I am going to the checkpoint: https://i.imgur.com/iRl8dOv.jpeg

The door is closed, the boss does not have path/line of sight to me - therefore shouldn't be able to attack me.
