Locked out of account for 1.5 months

This is a continuation to my previous thread here (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3687555)

It has now been about a month and a half without receiving a reply from support.
I was fraudulently charged $120 for four early access keys all the way back on December 17th and have not heard back from support other than the initial email reply of asking for my account name and four digit discriminator and a few of the character names on my account. This is completely unacceptable. I would understand maybe a few weeks for a reply, but a month and a half for an issue that involves fraudulent charges totaling more than $100? Really?

I'd appreciate any response at all that my issue is being looked into as I have been left in the complete dark regarding this. My main account is crumpm#2011 and all that I ask is to not receive the generic copy paste that tickets are backed up and support is doing their best. As I said earlier, a month and a half is a completely inappropriate amount of time to go without hearing from support over fraudulent charges.
