[4,118,763,573] Rising tempest does not affected by skills casted with a different weapon set.

As title described, Rising Tempest support gems that describe:

"

Supported Skills deal 12% More Elemental Damage for each skill used Recently of a different elemental type.

appear to not account skills casted by different weapon set WHEN the supported skill is disabled in that weapon set.

Scenario 1:
Spark supported by Rising Tempest, set to only cast with weapon set 1.
Fire Wall and Frost Bomb set to only cast with weapon set 2.
Using weapon quick swap feature to cast Fire Wall and Frost Bomb before manually switch back to weapon set 1 with weapon swap button.
Observe tooltip DPS, notice number of Spark DPS tooltip does NOT change.

Scenario 2:
Similar to scenario 1, but Spark is set to be able to cast on both weapon sets.
Observe tooltip DPS, notice number DO change to higher before revert back to original number shortly after.
