Broken Promises: Waiting for Final Approval Since November 20th!

In their latest statement, they mentioned reducing the number of pending emails from 500k to 75k. However, since they approved my email on November 20th to merge my MTXs, I haven't received any response—neither an update nor a rejection. It's been 2 months, and there's no news about either POE1 or my MTXs. Transparency and reliability are totally out the window rn.

Response from support has been super delayed. Took 1 month for me to get a reply when usually it would take 10min tops. Hope things improves.

I am literally in the exact same situation. Waiting for a miracle to happen considering I didnt hear a single person getting an answer for their tickets around me for several weeks now.
