Strongbox on crypt maps doesn't open (3 times)

For some reason during my maps run on crypt themed maps when i interact with a strongbox it doesn't let me complete it, after killing all the mobs nothing happens.

First time i encountered a corrupted rare strongbox on a corridor; Opened it without identify or modifying in any way, killed every minion and nothing happened, since it was corrupted i guessed is a normal outcome and ignored it.

Second time i found a rare strongbox on the same map ( crypt) precast a bunch of stuff on the corridor before interacting with it, once i opened i didn't noticed any mobs being summoned at all but it might be because they died out of sight, still nothing happened, it didn't let me open it after i interacted with it, cleared then entire map and wandered around, and i couldn't fix it so i left.

Again for my third encounter with a strongbox in a crypt map (in any other layouts works fine) this time i upgraded the box up to rare before opening it, this time i did not precast any spells on purpose so it wouldn't "glitch" it, just in case that was the reason, but after killing all the mobs nothing happened, for some reason i simple can't open any strongbox on the crypt maps after clearing the events.

Hopefully this info ends up being helpful, at this point feels like a consistent bug, so something might need to get some attention on that map.
