Rapid Fire Aspd Bug - it stopped shooting midways while moving

I believe this is a bug, not intended, right?

step to reproduce
- get some more aspd (martial tempo gem included)
- reload and hold down the shoot button while moving
- removing martial tempo gem seems to solve it

I noticed that when the char got much enough Aspd, it acts that way
Not sure if it was the skill itself or the support gem was bugged, please look into it
