Life bars bugged, permanent "poison"

The small bar on top of my character is always green even if I'm not taking any dot. The proper life orb in the bottom corner is always red, even if I'm poisoned. I can't reliably tell when I'm under an ailment without checking the debuff bar. This is applied to all my characters, even those just created. Removing gear, adding ES etc. doesn't change it. It also seems to limit or remove my life regen randomly. Game files verified successfully, nothing seems out of place on my end. Last bumped on Jan 30, 2025, 8:56:16 AM

It's not poison, it's just a green bar.
And in PoE 1 the life orb doesn't get colored when poisoned. |
