Arbiter 0.1.1 -> 6 attempts ? seems not....

I tried 3 times to kill him on tier 3, the first try I had only 1 attemtp and the two other tries only 2 attemps.

I just migh add, thats its quiet long to gather all 3 fragments and/or the currencies to buy those.

And I am using the canal hideout.

You forfeit any remaining attempts if you return to your hideout instead of reviving.

It is only 6 attempts at the base level of the encounter. Increasing the difficulty via Atlas passives reduces the number of revives/attempts you get, though I don't know how that progresses.

Yes, you revive at the checkpoint just right before him, and I didnt change anything in the atlas or went back to THE hideout. I talked about the hideout becausde after the second death I was back at the hideout, not at the checkpoint
