The game hasp practically become unplayable after the recent updates through Steam.

I am becoming increasingly frustrated trying to play the game. I have been having issues with the game crashing during loading screens since I downloaded and started playing PoE2. Though, the crashing has become more frequent with the most recent patch. I've tried all the google search work arounds to get the game to run (reinstalling windows 11 23H2, setting affinity through task manager, switching to Vulkan over Directx rendering, you name it I've tried it)
I know my PC can handle the game as it is a brand new PC with the latest specs, not top tier but the specs can handle the game running high/ultra video settings. Does anyone know of yet another work around to keep the game from crashing? or has any of the Devs have either some insight on a fix coming or some other way for me to stabilize the game to prevent further crashing? I have thoroughly enjoyed the game, other than this consistent issue.
