Bug ：The task "The Lost Lute" cannot be completed

Chapter 1 Mission “The Lost Lute”，I found the lute and handed it to the Una。However, the mission wasn't completed, and the mission item in my backpack has disappeared.Now I can see the Una holding the lute I gave, but the mission in my mission bar still shows as incomplete.I haven't received the mission reward and I'm unable to complete the mission again.

Can you talk to Una and choose "Take quest reward"? You should get a "Book of Specialisation".

To expand on the above suggestion: the display of dialogue options on controller is....less than favourable in this case.

The option to "Take Quest Reward" gets scrolled out the top of the dialogue selection by Una's song options. Navigate to the right side, and keep pressing up to see if this is the case for you.
