Client crashes when audio device is removed

I use Bose QC Ultra (via Bluetooth) and whenever I turn it off (or whenever it turns off on its own due to inactivity) the client crashes.
I also tested it with an aux cable. When connected a new audio device appears in system settings > sound. When I disconnect the cable the audio device disappears and the client crashes.
