Rain is a game crasher in poe2

I was playing in grimhaven and the second i joined my game started stuttering (Im running a 4070 ti and a ryzen 9 with 64 gb of ram) This has happened before and was happening to my party mates and when we left the map after struggling to complete cause of the lag the game was perfectly fine. Maybe add an option to turn off rain?
