Item Disappeared from Equipment Slot - A TEMPORALIS !

Logged in today then find out my cloth was missing from its slot.

It is A TEMPORALIS !

I use 100+ hours to farm it, and it is just gone, vanished. I checked tags, my pack, and even under the table at my house—everywhere—but I couldn't find it. This is not a low-value item. I sent an email but received no response. If I can't get it back through customer service, I might directly sue GGG. I personally live in Auckland.
