GGG Support is a disgrace
|
After purchasing a $500 supporter pack and not receiving my hoodie, you'd think I might actually get a response from an actual human instead of single garbage AI response asking me what my account name is. Knowing this might happen after hearing about the disgraceful treatment that hacking victims received, I provided this up front - and yet I still haven't heard from anyone in ages.
I've been playing the game across multiple accounts dating back to the 2012 POE1 beta, so God only knows how much $ I've spent in total over the years. That's it for me after this. I'm not spending another penny with ChatGGGpt again. This is not the same company it once was. So many things have changed over the last 2 decades, except for Session ID apparently. I'll still enjoy the game, but would probably burn the hoodie in effigy at this point simply to show my support for the hacking victims who are in far greater need of support than I am. Shame on you GGG and your Tencent overlords. Last bumped on Jan 30, 2025, 8:54:05 AM

" Don't worry, your money will not be wasted. GGG will use the funds to properly repair the instrument sounds of the NPCs in Chapter 1. Last edited by ki784340143#8116 on Jan 29, 2025, 9:11:00 PM

" LOL, sadly that is so true but I do feel for OP though. I am sure at some point they will catch up but they clearly where not ready for this launch and haven't been able to scale their Support. I myself am at wits end with their support or lack thereof. When you consider how much money he spent and his loyalty over the years and the same for others like him you would think some kind of prioritization would happen to address his issue instead of no response via email and then repeated generic messages being sent on the forums from the MODS. From a customer service standpoint this is a complete failure. They are doing a bang up job alienating and upsetting their best customers. GGG Leadership needs to figure out a better way to prioritize and address these cases and or take the easy path like most companies do and throw some free shit, credit or coins the way of those that have suffored through the mess out of loyalty! " Man you're all over the forum talking about the Una's music in chapter one It's not normal to be that upset over devs fixing a minor bug, you might need a break from the game dude. |
|
" Is it normal that the evidence of the AI script program I sent was deleted by GGG? Last edited by ki784340143#8116 on Jan 29, 2025, 11:13:42 PM

" FYI they don't actually do anything with it, its just something added to patch notes. some other games do it too |
|
" Did you post it as a screen shot, effectively accusing another player by name of using an AI script in a forum post? If so, then yes, your post probably got deleted as a violation of the forum code of conduct. Living the Hollow Palm live, and loving it. Stay sane, exiles! " You'll get a response, and your hoodie. GGG's support staff are a little overwhelmed right now, and GGG do struggle a bit with shipping physical goods, but they're staffing up their support team and just changed to a new company to fulfill physical goods for this set of Core supporter packs. It might take a while to work through the kinks, but they'll get your hoodie to you. I've been there, and yes, every single hoodie I have took a while to arrive (four of them now), but I did get all of them. Just be patient. Living the Hollow Palm live, and loving it. " It's not normal to take sarcasm as anger and to question a person's sanity because they made a joke; yet here you are. It's nor normal to focus on a sound bug and priotize it in patch notes while your game's on fire, either, but here GGG is. The dude's meme'ing, trolling, having a bit of fun. While speaking some truth through jest. If your only contribution is to be incapable of reading between the lines, maybe you need a break. Ask yourself: If this were Blizzard, how would you feel?

I did receive the same carbon copy initial email that the hacking victims received - which I caught as it came into my inbox. I responded shortly after receiving it and sent subsequent emails all to no avail.
At this point, all I can do is stop spending money supporting the game. I really do hope the company prioritizes the people who've been left languishing in limbo first. |
