Huge letdown and turbulent PoE 2 release window for me

I'm really sorry, GGG, but I feel compelled to share my thoughts and express the frustrations that have been building up over the past two months. The weight of it all is becoming too heavy to bear.

I can hardly believe what a turbulent journey these past two months have been. Path of Exile 2 won't run on my system because I have Windows 11 24H2 installed, leaving me unable to play the game. After waiting so many years for its release, I’ve come to terms with the fact that I simply won’t be able to experience it. At least for the forseeable future.

Another disappointment is that I have yet to receive the physical items from the $550 supporter pack I purchased in early December last year. To make matters worse, GGG’s support team has stopped responding to my emails. I’ve made peace with that as well, reminding myself that at least I received the MTX points worth $480, because if those were missing too, it would have been an even greater letdown. Still, it’s disheartening. It feels as though GGG no longer values its long-term supporters. Players who have been with them since the closed beta, have invested tens of thousands of hours into their game. Worse yet, it seems like they no longer feel any urgency to even acknowledge support inquiries.

And now, we've recently learned that the next Path of Exile 1 league has been delayed indefinitely. No one knows when it will arrive because, as GGG put it, PoE 2’s endgame is on fire and requires the entire development team’s attention. Despite their earlier promises to support both games simultaneously. Releasing a sequel of this scale as a relatively small studio was always going to be a challenge, and I’ll likely come to terms with this setback as well. But I have to admit, it’s getting exhausting.

GGG, please be the company we all love and respect so much.
