Mire Map has Inaccessible area with Rare mob

I am on a T15 Mire Map that had a Boss, Breach, and Irradiated traits on the map.

There was an Essence Rare Mob at the bottom of the map in a small hut.

Upon reaching the area there were some normal mobs in the hut, but they could not get out and I could not get in.
