Texture Bugged in Steaming Springs

Textures constantly flickering in like 85% of the map. Glad I don't have epilepsy.

Also happening in Hidden Grotto now. This is hurting my eyes. I have a 4070 ti super.

thought my gpu was dying at first but it turns out it's just bad coding ;) |
