Can't find where I was in maps

Hey im not sure if this was brought up or not (im sure it was) but holy crap do we need to be able to zoom way more out on maps.. I wanted to take a break from mapping and do the burning monolith boss and now that i did i can't find where i left off. im hundreds of maps away from the burning monolith and i have been searching the darn map to find it. this is a quality of life feature that is absolutely needed. please let us zoom wayyyy out so we can see everything. my lord..

Doesn't matter. Map fails to load if you are too far away from the last traverse point. So you gotta go like a screen or two one direction, traverse, then exit and re-enter the atlas. It's dumb.

adding markers for the player to put on the map would be great
