Mausoleum of the Praetor

Hey I have now played a second character into getting soft locked into The Mausoleum of the Praetor. I've verified files, and done all the recommended things I could find. I've seen that this issue happened a lot around December but have not seen many other posts or any official response about this issue. Please send help because I didn't expect to be making my third character by this point.

Issue is now fixed.
I had to verify my files and then reinstall(all of which I had done once before already)
So just keep trying! Maybe it will just kick right in
