so i bought a pc and downloaded poe 2 made a primary login started it up and says i dont have access but i bought game on xbox so do i need to re purchase the game on pc and if i do will my charecters from xbox be avaible to plauy

To play the Console version of the Early Access you would need to purchase an Early Access Supporter Pack on that Console I am afraid.

no i dont wanna play on xbox im coming from xbox to pc so do i need to purchase another key to play on pc and will my progress switch over

Apologies, to clarify further, to play on the PC version of the Early Access you would need to purchase an Early Access Supporter Pack on that PC I am afraid and visa versa.
