I am not being needlessly negative. I would even repurchase the game if i believed they would refund the account after they get back to me, but i cant trust them, its been a month.
My account was locked trading a friend, i play and speak with, in game - there is a chat log, i was online for less than 20 minutes. It is my signature, on every post. I am not interested in being put on probation because you are fed up for an hour. I have been fed up for 26 days. Please, get off the forums and do reports even if its not your department, convince your higher ups. My experience for Ea, IS ruined until a league is introduced, thats how far behind i am now, the only people left are late adopters and the incompetent - you would be forcing me to play with them. ridiculous. I have tried to include all of my information but you keep deleting it for "slander" but the only thing im stating is my issue, and some youtube videos other people posted.

GGG also posted an article a few weeks ago apologizing for the delays and such. They stated that a reply gets you "at the back of the queue", yet they replied within 24H to me after a reply as they saw an opportunity to recommend "repurchasing the game" to "fix shop bugs".
Glad there are ingame bug fixes starting to happen, but I still can't get around the shop having these glitches, support not being available and even spells & gems that the game engine cannot even handle (fireball :') ). |
