Simulacrum Not Dropping Diamonds?

After running an ungoldly amount of +4 Simulacrum. I am strongly starting to believe that meglomanic diamonds are not dropping for me. However, I have seen an insanely large amount of mana flasks drops? Anyone else experience this?

I did around 20 Runs and i got 0 Flasks but 2 Diamonds :( I am here for the Flask tho
