It's been 2 months since I opened a ticket for an email change and now 4 weeks without a response

I know you cannot help in these forums but this is getting ridiculous. I need my email changed on the account and it's now been 2 months trying to get this done. At first I was getting 1 response every 10 days asking multiple question (why you don't just ask all of the validation questions in one email is beyond me) but not its been radio silence for 4 weeks. This is completely ridiculous, I understand you have a large amount of backlog, but 2 months... is just insane.
