Unlocked orb exchange

I don't have unlocked orb exchange on endgame,I have three characters monk 85lvl,pathfinder 84 and sorcer 68lvl. I CHECKED at every vendor and in the cities and in the hideout and there is no such option at any of them and it is supposedly automatic after passing three acts on normal and entering the cruel,there is nothing on the net about why it is so only information that it is automatic and you do not need to do any additional tasks,I do not know if it is a bug or what but something in the game I did not do.

" It's currency exchange; not orb exchange, if that's why you don't see it. Talk to Finn/Risu/Alva in Cruel, or Alva in hideout/refuge. |
