Pick Up Drop item bug in controller

29/1/67 Singapore server
After defeating boss count geonor in act 1 and monster along the map my charater cannot pick up any drop item and the icon of item diapper but the item is still drop on the ground even openning the chest include the money icon too, so i try to re-open game and it still doesn't work but then my friend tell my to change to mouse and keyboard, then the item icon is back and can be pick up again.
