Selling Omens - Activated omens go into the auction house first

Not sure how the logic is setup here.

I've noticed, when selling omens in the auction house, my "activated (right clicked)" omens always go first into the auction. The not right clicked ones stay after setting up the auction. So I have to reactivate them and move in my inventory to the spot where I want them.

It's a minor thing, but in my opinion the not activated omens should go into auction first. Maybe the activated ones shouldn't even be tradeable until deactivation.
