5 sec After I complete hourglass trial, i dont know why i died and my First relic is gone. May you tell me what lead to the death？ It happends just now.

I have passed over 50 times 1 honor challenge(Trial of the Sekhemas) while this death is so confusing , i afraid it appear again and i even dont know what happened to lose over 240 div..
