new area notification stays on for too long

hello,

when i enter a new act, a notification appears in the centre of the screen stating that elemental resistances have dropped. this notification stays on the screen for far too long, and cannot be dismissed with a button press, which is kinda annoying.

note that i'm playing with an xbox 360 controller on windows 10, in case it makes any difference.

i would like to see this notification have a "dismiss" button, or just fade away once the player moves a certain distance.
